Shipping Policy

Celestial Peptides is based in Utah and ships orders to research institutions and individuals within the United States. This policy describes how orders are dispatched and delivered once payment has been arranged.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Domestic packages typically arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier's service level. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on order size and destination and are confirmed with you before payment is arranged, as outlined on our Contact page.

Packaging

Orders are packaged to protect product integrity in transit, including insulation and cold-chain packaging where a compound requires it.

Order Tracking

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package's progress directly with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows an issue, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Eligibility & Restrictions

All orders are subject to the eligibility review described in our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where shipping to the requested destination is not permitted.
